Why it might work for you – or not
The cooked breakfast was delightful with a robust selection, making mornings feel like a treat. Additional touches like fresh milk in the fridge and charming decor added to the homely vibe.
Access could be tricky for those with mobility issues due to the absence of lifts and step-heavy routes to the beach.

Just a smart choice for a passing visit in Whitby with all in all brilliant value for money. The addition of free tea and coffee making facilities in the room was a nice perk that made relaxing easy. Aim to utilize the parking permit—it really helps with the challenging street parking around here.

Stunning sea views and a delicious breakfast!
We had a fantastic weekend getaway, with our sea view room offering breathtaking vistas and handy binoculars for a closer look. The breakfast was a standout, featuring locally sourced ingredients and a generous selection that left us satisfied for the day. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming, providing us with a parking permit for easy access. I wish the dining area was lighter during breakfast as it felt a bit too cozy.

Spent a long weekend here and everything was just lovely, especially the cozy teddy bear welcoming us on the bed and the nice touch with old-fashioned milk bottles in the fridge. There are great spots to kick back, like a sunny terrace and a relaxing TV lounge. Just a heads up that the stairs can be a bit much if you're carrying heavy bags, but it didn’t ruin our stay. 😊
